Happy New Year everyone. Be safe tonight by drinking, doing drugs and driving around blind folded. See you in 08' maybe!
BTW The last Robotronic Dynamite for 07 is up.. Episode 34

This subject is something that has been bothering me lately. I own 2 Blu-ray players (PS3 60gb & Sony S300) as well as a Toshiba XA2 HD player. I have around 140 Blu-ray discs and prolly around 150 HDs.I started watching the Devil May Cry anime. I love the ending theme. So here it is for your listening ears.
I fucking love this guy. Everyone should watch Ninja Warrior. I'm going to be on their new show Lazy Ninja Warrior, With stages like "reach for the remote" and the deadly "pissing in a bottle". I can't wait.
My friend Wendell turned me on to this incredibly sexy guy.. I love Hard Gay!

Normally I'm all for the Holidays. Christmas when I was a kid was the best time in the world. Now, I dread going shopping more this time of year, then any other. People suck, I've come to realize this. People become very nasty and incredibly stupid at the same time. Whose driving at a snails pace or stopping their car in the middle of the road. People cutting on checkout lines at stores. It's like everyone loses their patience all at the same time. This song is sick as hell. I have no clue who Sole is but his lyrics are really deep and poetic. Check it out.

One of my all time favorite Carpenter films will always be They Live. Roddy Piper was so bad ass in it. I could go on and on about it, but it's 6:45am and I'm falling asleep as I write this!

Here it is folks. The Hammer Music Collection Vol. 2
Today I'm bringing you the Hammer Music Collection Vol. 1.Tomorrow over at Robotronic Dynamite we will be discussing Return Of The Living Dead as well as other juicy topics.
For your listening pleasure I've uploaded the score for the film.
Enjoy!
I was watching Christine the other day and it dawn on me that John Carpenter is my idol. He can direct and compose music like no other. To be honest I think Christine might be Carpenter's best score, yes even better than Halloween.
I've included the score as well as all the songs from the film.

It's been years since I've seen George Romero's Martin. I remember really being into the film tho. Romero will always be one of my favorite directors. Ever since I was a kid and I saw Dawn Of The Dead for the first time. I knew as a director he was special. Romero has this power to turn a b-movie with all the clichés intact and turn it in to a more powerful film with meaning. A lesser director wouldn't be able to pull it off.
Anyway:
Martin is a 17 year old boy with the thirst of blood. He gets off by tranquilizing women before he murders and sexually assaults them. What the film leads you to believe is that Martin is a Vampire but not in the traditional sense. He's not afraid of garlic or crucifixes. Holy water wont burn him, he's a regular kid who just so happens to drink human blood or maybe Romero is just showing us a different side of Vampires! I don't know you be the judge.
I've uploaded the score composed by Donald Rubinstein. I love the title song! Very haunting track.

I have to admit on my quest to find some horror OST's I came across Patrick by Richard Franklin (Psycho II, F/X2). I've never heard of it but what got me excited is that the legendary group Goblin did the score for the film. While not the best efforts by Goblin it's still a very good soundtrack. My favorite track being Bagliori Di Luce. So now I'm intrigued to see what this film is all about. I already put in on the top of my queue on Netflix.
New cast up over at Robotronic DynamiteFred Dekker (Monster Squad) the director of the 1986 classic Night OF The Creeps. Brings us one of the best Sci-Fi, Horror comedy films EVER. I just finish watching it and it's still holds up after 21 years. The beginning of the movie with the little alien guy running around look so bad you gotta love it. The wise cracking Det. Ray Cameron played by Tom Atkins at his best. Whatever happen to Jill Whitlow who played Cynthia? She was a hottie! I don't know what it is about it but its one of those films whenever it's on I have to watch it.
I uploaded this very hard to find soundtrack for the film. I think it might be a bootleg version. To be honest I'm not even sure if there ever was an official release.
If you love the film, I'm sure you're a fan of the music as well.

Today over at Robotronic Dynamite we'll be discussing Nightmare On Elm Street 3: The Dream Warriors amongst other horror related topics that will shake you to your core!
I've uploaded the score for your dying need for tunes.

Angus Scrimm is freaky, I think he is one of the best horror monsters. Something about Phantasm still freaks' me out. I guess the whole idea of some tall old ass gravedigger, throwing coffins and shit all over the place. Whose with me?
So last night well actually this morning I ordered Child's Play on PPV-HD. It was well worth the $3.99 price tag. I remember seeing Child's Play in the theaters back in 1988, I was 11. The movie bugged me out big time. At that time My Buddy was kinda big for kids. Which I was never able to look at the same way again. My Buddy was the inspiration for the design of Chucky. Which looking back Chucky was compete rip off of My Buddy. Whatever the case, Chucky was one mean son of a bitch. Watching it this morning I've come to realize I think Child's Play was more of a dark comedy than a horror flick. I found myself cracking up on how raunchy they made Chucky. Who would believe a doll could come to life and kill people? It was a perfect mix children's toys with a serial killer. Long live Charles Lee Ray..
So I uploaded the score composed by Joe Renzetti. The first Child's Play was the only one he worked on. EnjoyMy Buddy
My Buddy
Wherever I go, he goes
My Buddy
My Buddy
I'll teach him everything I know

My Buddy and me!
I haven't seen The Gate in years. But I do remember how cool I thought it was as a kid. I gotta see this again. Watching the trailer brought a smile to my face.
In the spirit of Halloween, you gotta represent with some Nightmare On Elm Street. Just the whole idea of Freddy and coming out of ones dream, Is just a horrifying concept, your worst nightmares becoming reality is just nuts. Over the years Freddy's lost a little something, as each film came out it was less horror and more of a spoof. But on the other hand, Freddy's a character no matter how bad the film I will still get some enjoyment out of it.Tales From The Darkside was a TV series that lasted 4 years from 1984-88. I remember I was like 8 or 9 years old. The show came on at like 12am on Saturday nights on channel 11 in NY. The credit sequence with the music in the background SCARED the shit out of me. Just watching it even now brings chills down my spine.
If anyone has the score to the TV series please let me know.
The Evil Dead trilogy will always be one of my favorites. The first Evil Dead was more on the horror side then the part 2 and Army Of Darkness. But that doesn't take anything away from it as a whole. I'm pretty sure this was my introduction to both Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell and I haven't looked back since.
I'm planning on watching as many of the Nightmare On Elm Street films as possible this week. While on the search for the OSTs from the series I was listening to Elm Street Dreams from the 1987 album Freddy's Greatest Hits. A fun little corny album that doesn't have any of the songs featured from the films, just some Freddy inspired songs. There are some good tracks to use to make a nice wacky Halloween mix with. Oh yeah the cover songs are so great, they need to be heard to fully understand the cheesiness of this album.I have too admit I love arena rock, It goes so well with movies from the 80's.

Today we are talking about Monster Club over at Robotronic Dynamite.. Check it out to hear our thoughts about it.
Brian De Palma's 1973 film takes you on a complete mind fuck journey! De Palma was trying to capture the Hitchcockian suspense and it many ways exceeded it. Even as far as smashing you in the face with references from Psycho and Rear Window.
I wouldn't consider Big Trouble In Little China a horror movie, but a good time none the less. One of John Carpenter finest films and one of my personal favorites.Man how come they don't make songs like this anymore? The classic song from Bobby Pickett will always be the staple of Halloween for me.
Enjoy!
Killer Klowns will always be one of those films that when it's on TV I have to watch it. Directed by Stephen Chiodo which in fact hes never directed another film after Killer Klowns. I wonder why?
The Burning. Gotta love Slashers!
Anyway, today I uploaded the very hard to find OST from The Burning.
The legendary Rick Wakeman composed and performed on the soundtrack.
You can't beat the overuse of the 80's classic synthesizer.
Let me know what you guys think. I loved it to be honest.

I really miss movie taglines from years ago. They made everything seem so dreaded! You knew you were if for a good time depending how deliciously bad the tagline was.
In exchange for Dario Argento's help on Dawn of the Dead, George Romero allowed Argento to release a different cut of the movie in Europe. This version was called "Zombi". Instead of the score that Romero had used, Argento got Goblin to record a new soundtrack. Which in IMHO is a much better soundtrack.
In the spirit of Halloween I came across this great comic written by Horror icon George Romero. This is a 6 part series put out by DC Comics. Have you've ever thought how cool it would it be if an elephant stomped on a bunch of grotesque zombies alongside a hot chick? Well, here you go. I suggest any zombie or Romero fans check these out. It's a pretty good read.My friend Umair Aleem directed this and co-wrote it with my man Joseph Luster. My boy did a throw back to old school Italian crime films. He really captured the style and feel of some of the best films of the 70's.
I wish I could just eat one more bowl of S'mores Crunch my favorite cereal as a kid. Years later Kellogg's released Smorz and that's some bootleg broke ass wannabe cereal. S'mores Crunch couldn't be touched. I miss you S'mores.
Plus I have to mention:
What ever happen to one of my childhood favorite cereals? Fruity Yummy Mummy was the shit! Every year around Halloween I would just want to eat the Horror related cereal Fruity Yummy Mummy, Frankenberry, Count Chocula, Boo Berry and Fruit Brute. This sucks because I have a box of Boo Berry but seeing it just made me crave some Yummy Mummy even more!

So I picked up Halo 3 at the midnight opening on Monday the 24th. I've never really been that big of a Halo fan. I've played very little of both one and two. I'm not sure what happen, but I got hit HARD with the Halo bug for part three. Let me explain, I went out and bought the Legendary set which cost me $130 bucks. 7-11 had 3 Halo hologram Slurpee cups so I went out and got those as well, Picked up a bottle of the Halo inspired drink called "Game Fuel" from Mountain Dew (which is really disgusting BTW). Medicom Toys released a Kubrik Master Chief collectors set with 4 different variations of the main character (Master Chief). My favorite of the toys released so far. Plus a slew of other toys that were released already and others will be in the near future. So anyway, I get home with this monster box which holds my Spartan Helmet and 2 DVDs (one for the game and another with extras). I crack open the game and throw it in my 360. That's when I knew I was in trouble. I was immediately hooked! I started with some Multi-player action and knew I was in for a rude awakening. This game is tough online, I had people on my team yelling at me that I sucked. Now you have to remember I never really played much of Halo. A really good part of 8 months was me playing Gears Of War. Halo has a completely different style of gameplay, which took me about 2 days to get used to the new controls but once I got the hang of it, It was ON! Like most online games there are rankings (level ups). Which doesn't really do anything for your character per say it's more of a bragging right. Seeing someone who is a captain vs. a recruit you know the captain knows his shit. All in all I love the multi-player aspect of Halo.
