Brian De Palma's 1973 film takes you on a complete mind fuck journey! De Palma was trying to capture the Hitchcockian suspense and it many ways exceeded it. Even as far as smashing you in the face with references from Psycho and Rear Window.Margot Kidder gives an amazing performance as Danielle Breton a woman haunted by her twin sister.
So I bring you one of Bernard Herrmann's last and best score. This is a score that stops just short of physically reaching out and shaking you by the shoulders.
