Age Of Conan - Oooooh Nooooooooo!

Just picked up the PC version. This will be my first MMO in a loooooooong time. It's part of the Conan universe so I know I'll love it. I just hope I don't have to lower my settings on my computer. Servers go live tomorrow, so I'll be sure to come back with follow ups.

Redbelt will no doubt be on my top 10 films of 08. Awesome film, awesome cast, the film is just awesome. Mamet's writing and camera work, pulls you in and doesn't let you go. If you like smart films then go see it.

Fatal Move - Sammo Hung vs. Wu Jing

Watched this yesterday and thought it was one of the best Asian films released this year. Sammo Hung, Wu Jing, Danny Lee and Simon Yam, what more could you ask for. The action is brutal and intense, my only real gripe with it is the CGI blood. Just wasn't done well and it took something away from the overall enjoyment of the film. Fatal Move reminds me of some of the great action films from Hong Kong's heyday. Maybe I'm easy to please but I think you're nuts if you don't have a smile on your face from ear to ear after watching it.

What a weekend!

This weekend I got to meet William Forsythe at the Chiller convention in Jersey. That's not even the best part, later that night I was crashing parties at the hotel until I met this guy Johnny who said to me you want to go to a real party, I was like ok, so, he takes us (my friend and I) to room 411, he opens the door and who do I see hanging out?...William Forsythe.. This mother fucker is bad to the bone, one of the most stand up people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We bullshitted for hours. Thanks Will for an awesome time bro. You really are the man.
